Expert Guidance Through Complex Civil and Commercial Mediation
I would recommend that a prospective party to mediation should review the Civil Mediation Council webpages “About Mediation”.
My mediation experience includes a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, for companies, public sector bodies, charities and individuals. I have acted as a mediator in more than 250 cases, including these types:
Agency
Agricultural
Aviation
Banking & Finance
Boundary Disputes
Commercial Contracts
Company & Commercial
Construction & Engineering
Insurance
Partnership & Shareholder Disputes
Professional Negligence
Property
Senior Employment Disputes (Including post termination covenants)
Trusts, Wills & Probate, Inheritance & Financial Provision
Trusts of Land / Estoppel

Online Mediation
I am experienced in mediating disputes using remote web-based resources – principally Zoom or Microsoft Teams – and also by telephone.
There is no doubt that the increased use of remote mediation techniques is a forward step in mediation. There are circumstances when remote mediation is preferred or even necessary. In the interest of openness – I must declare I would always choose a mediation ‘in person’ over a remote mediation!
